Meg founded the Concert Against Cancer back in 2015 in memory of her father, Tom. She was born and raised in Houston, but currently resides in New York City where she continues to cultivate her love for music as the lead singer of funk/soul band The Current. Check her out on Spotify.

Vocals, Guitar, Piano
Christie lives out in LA but was born and raised in HTX. She is enamored with jazz, hip hop, R&B, and long walks on the beach. She plays for and dedicates her love of music to her late grandfather, Papa Carl.
Cameron

Cameron is a Houston native, living and working in Washington, D.C. She is still recovering from an embarrassing public performance of “No Air” by Chris Brown and Jordin Sparks when she was in 7th grade.
Elizabeth

This is Elizabeth’s sixth year participating in the Concert Against Cancer and she couldn’t be more grateful to raise money for such an important cause. She currently lives in New York City, where she is continuing to rep Texas and develop her passion for writing and music. Past work can be found here!

Jake has been playing drums since he was 10. He was born and raised in Houston, but now lives in New York to pursue screenwriting and stand up.

Guitar
Ross plays guitar, produces indie music, and writes under the moniker Harry Enski. Ross is a business owner in commercial real estate and independent insurance brokerage and lives in Austin, TX.
Dylan
Villarreal
Bass Guitar, Drums
Dylan writes and records independent music under the moniker Jazz Radio, and plays bass guitar in the band Deep Cuts.

NEWLIN
Bass
Chris is a music producer, songwriter, and audio engineer based out of LA. He primarily works with pop/hip-hop artists, and has notably worked with artists such as Usher, Saweetie, Quavo, Alesso, and more. In addition to this, he is the lead vocalist and bassist of the local LA band Space Flower, and father to a very sweet dog named Fiona.

Vocals
Christina is a native Houstonian but now resides in Washington, DC, where she lives down the street from Cameron. This will be her comeback to the stage after her debut as the Genie in Aladdin Jr. She promises to not sing any show tunes.
WILL
GILBERT
Bass
Will is from Lake Jackson Texas and this is his first year joining the Concert Against Cancer. Will’s main musical influences are Jerry Jeff Walker, Mura Masa and Turnover. Will is also a 3-time performer at the Percussive Arts Society International Convention.

A Chicago native turned Houstonian, Nate is an entrepreneur by day and artist by night. Between building a business that makes schools safer and sharing his music and art, he dedicates his time to his passion of bringing more joy to the world.
Murphey Harmon
Keys
Murphey is originally from Houston and now lives and works in Austin. He enjoys playing jazz, blues, and classic rock on the piano.
